Nintendo's highly-anticipated Super Mario Run mobile game was finally available for download on iOS devices on December 15, while an Android version was promised to be released soon.
Now it appears that Super Mario Run will soon make its way to Android. The game is up for pre-registration on the Google Play Store. This does not mean the game is available for download now, but you'll be notified when it is available for download.
For those unaware, Super Mario Run is an endless runner game that can be played with just one hand to guide Mario through the levels to rescue the princess Peach from Bowser’s clutches. It includes three game modes ― World Tour, Toad Rally and Kingdom Builder 一 in which you have to jump over obstacles, avoid enemies, collect coins & toads to unlock items, capture flagpole to complete level, compete against friends, build kingdom and more. The game clocked record 40 million downloads in just four days of its release.
The iOS version of Super Mario Run was free to download, but players had access to only the first three level. To unlock additional levels, they had to make an in-app purchase of $99.99 or Rs. 620. It's likely that the same pricing model will come to Android as well.Via
The most popular mobile game of the year, Pokémon Go is now available for Apple Watch. You can now start searching for Pokemon or hatch Pokémon eggs right from your wrist using the Apple Watch. However, you'll need an iPhone to catch the cute creatures.
Using the Apple Watch you can only discover nearby Pokémon and collect items from PokeStops. And once you encounter a Pokémon, you'll get a notification and you'll have to catch the creatures from your iPhone.
Pokémon Go for Apple Watch will show how far a player need to walk to hatch eggs, and experience points required to reach next level. It can also log your gameplay as workout by taking advantage of Apple Watch's fitness tracking capabilities to show player how far they have walked and number of calories burned while playing the game.
Here’s what Pokémon Go will let you do, according to Niantic:- Log each play session as a workout, with gameplay counting toward personal activity rings
- Receive notifications about nearby pokémon
- Count distance toward hatching pokémon eggs and receiving candy with your buddy pokémon
- Receive notifications about pokéStops nearby and collect items from them
- Receive notifications when eggs hatch and medals are awarded

Facebook has added a new camera feature for Messenger called Group Video Chat, which gives you the ability to have face-to-face conversation in group.
In a Group Chat Video you can see up to six people at a time. But if the group is larger, up to 50 people can join in the conversation and choose to just listen in and join via voice or be on camera. Once more than 6 people are on the call, just the dominant speaker is shown to all participants in the video call.Participants will also be able to wear virtual 3D masks on their faces during the video call. This feature is currently available on iOS and will come soon to Android.
To start a group video chat, go to an existing group or create a new one, then tap on the video icon on the upper right side of the screen. Once the video chat is live, everyone in the group will be notified.Chatting face-to-face live as a group is perfect for those spontaneous moments when text just isn’t enough… or when you have a major case of FOMO. The much-anticipated Super Mario Run mobile game is finally available for download.
Super Mario Run was initally announced in September at Apple's iPhone 7 launch event. It is an endless runner game that can be played with just one hand. In the game you will have to guide Mario through the levels while you use a variety of jumps to navigate. The behaviour of the character is different depending on the timing of your taps.
The game also includes three game modes ― World Tour, Toad Rally and Kingdom Builder. In World Tour mode, you have to navigate Mario to run and jump to rescue Princess Peach from Bowser’s clutches, while traveling through plains, carvens, ghost houses, airships, castles and more.
In Toad Rally Mode, you can compete against friends and challenge people from all over the world and earn coins and gather toads, while in Kingdom Builder mode, you can use the collected coins and toads to build your very own kingdom using more than 100 kinds of items.
The game is available for free on the App Store, but you get access to only first three level. If you want unlimited access you have to shell out $9.99 or Rs. 620. It is compatible with iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch running iOS 8 or up. Android version will be coming later.

Back in May, Google released Gboard keyboard app with integrated Google search and built-in GIFs and emoji search. The app was available only for iOS devices and not on Android.
Now, six months later Google is bringing the Gboard app to Android. But instead of releasing it as a standalone app, the search giant has updated Google Keyboard as Gboard in the version 6.0. Google has not officially announced the app, or listed it on the Play Store, but the APK file is out on third party site APK Mirror.
The main highlight of the Gboard is that, it is integrated with Google Search which makes it easier to search and send information, GIFs, emojis and more without leaving the conversation.
It has Google's search icon "G" on the top left of the keyboard, when tapped, you'll be able to search nearby stores, restaurants, videos, images, weather forecasts, new and more. Also, there is a dedicated number row, support for to three active languages. Additionally you'll also be able to search GIFs and Emojis as well.It also comes with Glide Typing feature which lets you type faster simply by sliding your finger over the letters.

The most popular location based augmented reality game Pokemon Go has finally released in India, thanks to Reliance Jio. The teleco has entered into a strategic partnership with with Niantic, publisher and developer of the game, to bring the mobile game to the country.
With this partnership, thousands of Reliance Digital store across the country will function as Pokestops and Gyms in the game starting December 14. In addition Pokemon Go player will have access to an exclusive channel on JioChat social messaging app, that will offer daily tips, contests, clues and special events via a dedicated community for the game.
Moreover, Pokemon Go player's on Jio's network can play the game without worrying about data charges, thanks to the Happy New Year offer, which gives unlimited data until March 31, 2017.For those unaware, Pokemon Go is an AR game based on popular animation TV show Pokemon. It uses Geo-location to place Pokemon across important landmarks and areas in cities. The game requires a smartphone with camera, GPS and data connection. To catch a Pokemon, a player will have to walk around the city and when they find one, the Pokemon will appear on the smartphone screen, after which player have to swipe the screen to throw the poke ball and catch it.
Google has added new games and apps to its Daydream VR platform catalogue. These include six new games including shooting, racing and more, and streaming services as well.
The new games that are now available for Google's Daydream VR platform include ― Lego BrickHeadz Builder; Gunjack 2: End of Shift; Wands; Underworld Overlord; Layer of Fear: Solitude and Need for Speed: No Limits.
Streaming services including HBO Now, HBO GO and Netflix are also available on Daydream VR platform. This means you can stream popular TV series like House of Cards, Orange is the New Black, Daredevil, Game of Thrones, Westworld and more on a virtual big screen in Daydream.
There's also NextVR app that is known for streaming sporting events in virtual reality. It offers live 3D broadcast of NBA and NFL games, U.S open, Daytone 500 and Live Nation concerts.
To download and run the contents, you'll need to have Google's $79 Daydream View VR headset and Daydream-compatible phones, which currently supported by Google's Pixel and Pixel XL and Moto Z.
Instagram has added new features to its app which gives users more control over their accounts. Users will now be able to turn off comments on specific posts and have the ability to remove followers from private accounts.
First, the Comment Control feature will be useful for users who receive offensive and abusive comments. This feature lets you turn off comments on any post. In order to do so, you will have to tap "Advanced Settings" before you post and then select "Turn Off commenting". You can even turn it back on anytime. Additionally, Instagram will now lets users to like comments by tapping a heart icon next to any comment. Instagram says that this will let users show ‘support and encourage positivity’ in the community.
Next, users will have the ability to remove followers from private accounts. If you have a private account go to list of followers and tap the menu button next to any person's name to remove as follower. The person will not be notified when you have removed them as a follower.
Lastly, there's the Anonymous Reporting for Self-Injury posts. If you find someone you care about, may be considering to injure themselves, you can report it anonymously, and Instagram will connect that person to organizations that offer help. Instagram says they have teams working 24 hours a day, seven days a week, around the world to review these reports.
All these new features will roll-out in the coming weeks.

Paytm, one of India's leading digital payment platform has announced a new toll-free number 1800-1800-1234 that will allow users to transfer money from their account to another Paytm account without requiring an active internet connection.
To use this service, existing Paytm users should dial 1800-1800-1234 from their registered mobile number and sett a four-digit Paytm PIN. To send money, you have to dial the same number and enter the recipient's mobile number, amount and your Paytm PIN. The amount will be transferred to the recipient's account right away.
Paytm in a blog post said that “We are on a mission to democratize payments by empowering every consumer and merchant to pay and receive money digitally. After the launch of our new Peer-to-Peer payment system for merchants, this is yet another step towards our goal of achieving a cashless India,”
