Chicago's Financially Embattled Sun-Times' Fran Spielman attempts to rewrite Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel's Failing Political Success

Sun-Times' Fran Spielman and personal fluffer to Rahmie must have received a nice envelope of cash to write this fictional piece about the GREAT RAHM EMANUEL. 

Fran kind of left out murders and shootings have doubled... the Chicago police officers have no respect for the mayor and how the mayor bragged about killing health insurance for thousands of retired workers while using tax dollars to defend the illegal aliens in Chicago. 

Is it even possible for a mayor to make a political comeback in a year when the public schools remain broke and the number of murders and shootings in Chicago reach levels not seen since the 1990s?

If it is, Rahm Emanuel did that in 2016.
