Valerie Fairman, former star on MTV reality show "16 and Pregnant," has died from an apparent drug overdose.

Valerie's mother told TMZ that her daughter was at a friend's Pennsylvania home when the friend attempted to rouse an unresponsive Valerie from the bathroom.

The toxicology results are pending to determine the precise cause of death, but general consensus is that Fairman died of a drug overdose, according to TMZ.

The 23-year-old is mother to a 7-year-old child, Nevaeh.
