BALTIMORE, MD — Two people were killed and at least nine injured in a large wreck on Interstate 95, according to WBAL reporting.
Anchor Phil Yacuboski reports the wreck was on Interstate 95 heading nortbound near Caton Avenue.
Video shared by WBAL shows a large oil tanker sliding off the roadway, followed by a large explosion.
